We’d like to address any issues or concerns you have.
1. For optimal performance, we recommend replacing your extractor blade every 6 months (or sooner, depending on use).
2. To avoid pressure build-up, do not fill the cup past the max line. We suggest blending several times in shorter cycles instead of one long session.
3. Never blend hot or carbonated ingredients in the Nutribullet. This can cause damage to the components and potentially cause injury.
4. Before using the blade, ensure the gasket is snugly in place and check the gear at the bottom. If it’s loose, please tighten it for best performance.
5. To clean the blade, we suggest washing it with warm water immediately after use and using a brush for hard-to-reach areas. Avoid washing the blade in the dishwasher.
6. Do not freeze the cups as it can make them brittle and prone to cracking.

1.Please check whether the gear of the bottom loosen or tighten before use. If it’s loosen, please tighten it
2.Please check the rubber gasket and be sure it is put snugly into the bottom blade. (The rubber gasket is used to avoiding leakage）
3.Please make sure the blade in right place and locked tightly, replace the gasket if the blender begin leakage.
4. Do not run your blender over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender.
5. Please check your blender regularly and the blade needs to be replaced if there is leakage or loud noise.
6. The extractor blades are recommended to replace every 6 months or as needed for optimal performance.
