What should I do if I have trouble with the espresso machine?

How to get the ideal pressure?
If the pressure is too low, please use finer coffee grounds, add more coffee grounds in the filter or increase the tamping pressure to try. If the pressure is too high, please reduce the amount of coffee grounds or reduce the tamping pressure to try.

Why is the cold brewed coffee not as cold as it seems
The temperature at which the product is cold extracted is mostly determined by the water temperature poured in, and it will not produce coffee below zero degrees. If you need a lower temperature, you can try adding two ice cubes for a better taste!
IDEAL PRESSURE. The cold brew coffee machine is equipped with a 20 bar pressure pump, which is essential during the whole brewing process, from low pressure during pre-infusion, to the optimal 9 bar of high pressure during extraction.
POWERFUL STEAM WAND. This commercial-style steam wand heats up quickly, delivers the right steam pressure needed to create consistently smooth micro-foam, optimal for latte art right at home.

ACTIVE TEMPERATURE CONTROL. The consciousness espresso machine adopts active temperature control to ensure stable water temperature throughout the entire coffee brewing process, achieving ideal extraction. Different coffee bean varieties with different roasting levels require specific temperature settings to achieve optimal extraction results.
