How to replace blade:
Rotate the button to right direction, then put the new blade after taking out the old blade, rotate button to fix it.
Important:
1.If your potato size is bigger than cutter capacity, please slice it into half size firstly before using the cutter.
2.Please don t use it to cut sweet potato as it is too hard and it may damage the cutter.
