The electric milk frother has a maximum capacity of 11.8oz/350ml for heating milk and 5.41oz/160ml for milk foaming.Please note that there are two maximum lines in the cup. The lower max line is used for frothing, because the volume of the milk foam gets bigger when frothing and if the milk goes beyond the max line, it may overflow. The higher maximum line is used to heat the milk.Make sure you use whole milk (fat capacity>3.0%) for maximum foaming.
