What do you put in your Caesar Salad? I try to keep it mainly simple: romaine, red onions, croutons, pepper and of course the dressing. If I plan to make the Caesar salad the main meal, I will add chicken to the top and garlic bread on the side.
I have been completely obsessed with making my recipe for Greek Chicken using my vertical baking pan lately. The chicken bakes so nicely, its easy to throw together and is a really healthy way to cook chicken. I marinate boneless skinless chicken thighs for 1 hour in plain yogurt, lemon juice and spices; then place it on the baking vertical pan covered with tin foil and bake for 1-1/2 hours. I remove the foil then bake for another 1/2 hour. It comes out DELICIOUS!
