Why is there no response when pressing the button?
1. Check if the lights are flashing. If yes, the lid is not closed tightly. If not, ensure your hands are dry when using the button.
2. If there are no above problems, try to move your finger down a little bit when pressing the button.
Why does the machine make some noise when it is working?
There will be some noise when the water pump is pumping water and the machine is heating water. This is normal, please don’t worry.
How to use the self-cleaning function?
1. Press the “SIZE button” + “BREW button” at the same time for 5 seconds.
2. Repeat 2-3 cycles, and the cleaning is complete.
The water output volume does not match the marked volume during first use.
There will be air pressure inside of the machine for the first time, so there will be an error in the water output. It is recommended to use the second cup of water for measurement.
What should I do if I have trouble with the coffee maker?
