Valve Design: The unique design of the AeroPress Flow Filter Cap is based on a pressure-sensitive valve that remains closed until you choose to press your coffee. This method allows for a longer brew time, giving you more intense flavors.
AeroPress Compatible: This cap fits perfectly on AeroPress Original, Go and Clear coffee makers and can be used with AeroPress metal and paper filters. Now you can create hundreds of recipes by experimenting with grind size and brew time. Not compatible with AeroPress XL coffee maker. We do not recommend using the Flow Control Filter Cap on AeroPress Original coffee makers made before 2014 due to a change in material that may affect the fit of the Flow Control Filter Cap.
Filter Flexibility: Try it with the AeroPress stainless steel reusable filter, an AeroPress paper micro-filter, or even both at once for endless flavor possibilities. To clean the AeroPress Flow Control Filter Cap, simply rinse it with water. For a more thorough cleaning, clean the top rack of your dishwasher.
