Use it on any stovetop (including induction), in the oven up to 800 degrees and it’s broiler safe. The handles are built to stay cool on the stovetop and rounded pan lips enable drip-free pouring.
NON-TOXIC WITH NO CHEMICAL COATINGS: We don’t use any type of chemical coatings on our cookware. It is made without any type of PFAS (PFOA, PTFE aka Teflon, PFOS, or other), ceramic sol-gel, nanoparticles, lead, cadmium, or any other chemically applied coating. You deserve the very best in your cooking surface, so we rely only on high quality clad stainless steel. No funny business or gimmicks, just tried and tested heritage materials.
