Here are some tips for using your blender mixer for the first time, which we hope will help you:
1. When you receive the portable blender, please charge it for 3 to 5 hours first. Please note that when the charging is normal, the blender bottle light blinks. When your mini blender is fully charged, the light stays on. If the light isn’t on, the charger might not be in contact with the smoothie bottle.
2. Clean the bottle of the portable blending machine once charged, place the cut fruits inside, add an appropriate amount of water or milk for a perfect smoothie, tighten the cap and the base, double-click the button to turn on the smoothie maker. If the electric shaker bottle doesn’t turn on and the button blinks red, it means it’s not tightened well, please adjust and try again.
3. Press the button to stop your personal blending device. Apply even force, so as not to damage the button. If it’s faulty, adjust it.
4. The charger is magnetic, check that the connectors are properly in place on your portable blending device, otherwise, it won’t charge. Typically, the single serve blending machine requires a 3 to 5-hour charge. If the time is too short, the battery life will be reduced.
5. If a part is missing or damaged in your portable blending bottle, contact us.
