Multi-Purpose Design: The GC424BGL is a four-burner gas cooktop with a combination of one 8,350 BTU, two 4,350 BTU, and one 3,400 BTU burner. Allowing various cooking applications. From melting chocolate at a low heat to cooking stir fry at a high heat – this cooktop is the all-purpose cooking option.
Easy to Install: While the unit size measures 2″ H x 23.25″ W x 20.5″ D, it can seamlessly fit into counter spaces sized at 2″ H x 21.75″ W x 18.75″ D. Perfect fit for smaller spaces such as small apartments, cabin homes, kitchen islands, luxury kitchens, and compact kitchens. This gas cooktop uses an electric spark ignition that can be used with a natural gas setup, and included with the unit is a conversion kit that lets you use it with an LP gas setup.
Safety Features: Knobs can be found at the front of the unit for added safety, to prevent users from reaching over the hot burner to adjust the temperature. The gas cooktop requires you to turn the knob to the “full-on” position before pushing down, waiting for the ignition, and adjusting to your preferred heating level. This offers added protection to prevent the cooktop from being accidentally turned on. Our flame failure protection automatically turns off gas after 12 seconds when the flame is extinguished to prevent a build-up of dangerous flammable gas.
Easy to Clean: For light stains, a damp sponge is sufficient. Tough, encrusted dirt is easily eliminated using a scraper. Traces of liquid spilled from pans can be eliminated with vinegar or lemon juice. If you wish to maintain the shine of the ceramic surface, treat the glass with a silicon-based film product before use to protect the surface against water and dirt.
